Today, York’s slow pace completely healed me. ☀️ Museum Gardens – Sunbathing + squirrel-watching! Once an abbey, now the city’s coziest green oasis. ⛪️ York Minster – Soaring arches, stained glass, and hushed reverence. Grabbed a guidebook and explored like a detective, decoding every tombstone and window story. 🚶‍♀️ City Walls Walk – Views of rooftops and spires, wind in my hair. Time literally slowed down up there. 🍬 The Shambles – A real-life Diagon Alley! Candy shops, antique books, magical trinkets… wanted to peek into every tiny store.
