Bend is a must-visit destination for anyone living in Portland! The drive from Portland to Bend alone is breathtaking β youβll pass through vast forests, sparkling blue lakes, Western-style farms, and snow-capped mountains. ππ²ποΈ I used to think Bend was just another small town until I spent Independence Day here and truly discovered its charm. On our first day, we explored the town thoroughly. Hereβs a stroller- and family-friendly itinerary: π Morning Breakfast at Residence Inn Bend π³ Coffee at Sisters Coffee β Strolled around Old Mill District ποΈ πΆββοΈ Late Morning Leisurely walk along Harmon Park by the river β perfect for strollers and biking πΆββοΈπ Crossed the bridge and continued to Drake Park π π Lunch Ate at Sen Thai Noodles & Hot Pot π² (Reviews are mixed, but the scenery and ambiance are great!
