A Retro Hotel in the Heart of Old San Juan

💗Located in Old San Juan, Fortaleza Suites is surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, making it a paradise for food lovers. 🌄 The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a clean, fresh fragrance. Our "El Colon" room featured high ceilings and spacious interiors, with a retro style that felt like a step back in time. 🌃The location is impeccable: just an 8-minute walk to the ancient fortress, a 15-minute drive to the airport, and a 10-minute drive to the cruise terminal. ⛵ The suite with two queen-sized beds offered exceptional comfort—the soft mattresses paired perfectly with the powerful air conditioning, and the consistently hot water in the shower was a delightful surprise. 💒Although the room had no windows, it didn’t feel oppressive at all, and the complimentary breakfast added convenience to our stay. 🍃As an emergency choice after our flight was canceled due to weather, it met our basic needs well, though there may be better options for the price. #OldSanJuan #RetroHotel #ConvenientTransportation
