๐ A Return Visit โ Still Excellent After 5 Years! ๐
My last visit to this restaurant was five years ago, during my previous trip to the city โ and Iโm thrilled to say it was just as wonderful this time around! ๐ฅฐโจ It was a quiet Wednesday evening, so the place was fairly calm and not packed like it can be on some weeknights โ perhaps that post-New Year tranquility was still in the air. ๐๐ฝ๏ธ The service remained polished and efficient, and Casey took great care of us throughout the meal. ๐๐๏ธ Now, onto the food and drinks โ which were just as delightful as I remembered! I started with a fun twist on a classic cocktail: a Mojito with Moscato ๐น, which worked even better than I expected! For appetizers, we had the Tomato Bruschetta โ possibly the best Iโve ever tasted, thanks to the addition of ricotta and pesto โ and the Fried Calamari. Both were fantastic! ๐ ๐ฆ The mains were just as impressive: Grilled Sea Bass with sautรฉed spinach, roasted tomatoes, and a white wine lemon-herb sauce ๐๐ Macaroni with Herb-Roasted Chicken, grilled mushrooms, caramelized onions, and a Marsala cream sauce ๐๐ Mushroom Ravioli with balsamic and Marsala cream sauce ๐๐ฅ My ravioli was slightly lukewarm in spots, but it was a minor issue and didnโt take away from my overall enjoyment. All the dishes were clearly made with high-quality ingredients โ subtly flavored, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. ๐จ๐ซ For dessert, we tried the Tiramisu โ a dessert I know very well (as my many reviews can attest! ๐). It was tasty, though not the best Iโve ever had. โ๐ฐ The final bill came to just over $200 for three people, including drinks โ which I feel reflects the quality of the food and experience. ๐ตโ #ReturnVisit #StillAmazing #QualityDining #ClassicWithATwist #GreatService #FoodieReview #WorthThePrice #MemorableMeal
