π A Rooftop Bar in Beverly Hills That Feels Like Pure Bliss! β¨
When the Beverly Hills nightscape meets a bar that was once ranked #1 in the world πΈ Tucked away on the 9th floor of the Maybourne Hotel, this spot β Dante Beverly Hills β feels like a legendary retreat after reaching the top. We reserved a balcony seat and arrived 10 minutes early. They seated us at the bar first until our table was ready. Luckily, LA warmed up this week β the evening breeze outside was just perfect π πΈ Letβs Talk Drinks Their specialty is martinis, and they do them right: π 20th Century Martini β Recommended by the server as an aperitif. Refreshingly citrusy, not too strong. π French Martini β More complex than the first, nicely balanced between sweet and sour, no bitter aftertaste. Loved it! ππ» π NA Cosmojito β A tangy and tasty non-alcoholic option. π Now for the Food We ordered the Mushroom Risotto and Ragu Pasta: π Mushroom Risotto β Rich, creamy, and deeply savory β almost like the mushroom burger from Shake Shack but in risotto form! A bit salty toward the end, but paired well with drinks. The rice was al dente β just how I like it. π Ragu Pasta β Pretty standard. Generous meat sauce, thick pappardelle β solid but not memorable. π° Tiramisu β Their signature dessert. The portion is generous, with a firm texture (might contain gelatin). The mascarpone had a slight jiggly feel, and the coffee flavor was bold β bitter at first, then sweet notes emerged. Surprisingly addictive! π Dante Beverly Hills With great drinks, solid food, attentive service, and that dreamy view β itβs a full package. That said, flavor-wise, I still prefer Death & Co. and some New York bars. π ΏοΈ Parking: Found street parking across the way β free after 9 PM. There are also lots nearby for $2β$5. #LAEats #DanteBeverlyHills #RooftopBar #BestViews #CocktailLovers #LosAngelesNightlife π₯
