A Snowy Day in Boston with Rich Hong Kong-Style Milk Tea ☕️
The first comforting meal after the heavy snow 🍛 A newly opened Hong Kong-style cafe in Malden — Sing Choi Kee (they also have a popular branch in Flushing, New York). The menu features Hong Kong classics: silky scrambled egg rice, BBQ pork, pineapple buns, milk tea, and more. The space is bright and spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering snowy views and decor that blends retro Hong Kong vibes with a trendy touch. Prices are very reasonable. ☕️ Big-Eye Pineapple Bun with Hong Kong Milk Tea Their desserts truly impressed me. The milk tea is perfectly sweetened—you can adjust it with the brown sugar packet served on the side. Holding a warm cup in winter just fills you with happiness. The pineapple bun is filled with ice cream—one bite gives you the crispy outer layer paired with the creamy, soft ice cream inside. Absolutely loved it ❤️ 🍗 BBQ Pork Silky Egg Rice & Shrimp Silky Egg Rice The scrambled eggs are so tender they’re almost runny, and mixed with steamed rice, you just can’t stop eating. One order is definitely enough to fill you up. 🍢 Curry Fish Balls: Incredibly bouncy and flavorful! We also ordered seafood rice noodles—the broth was delicious—along with healthy blanched lettuce. #BostonLife #BostonDiaries #BostonWeekend #BostonFood #BostonEats #BostonCafe
