A Sunny Day ☀️ Calls for a Giant Raw Chocolate Basque Cake!

After waiting for so long, I finally visited The Screaming Parrots Cafe 🦜. Honestly, I hesitated — partly because it's far, and partly because I'm genuinely scared of birds (yes, even chickens 😅). But with the sun shining and my neighbor offering to drive, we two fitness enthusiasts bravely ventured out to indulge in some sweets and "waste" a few calories! 🍰💪 Let me just say — the Basque cake is HUGE! For just $9 after tax, you get a generous slice where the raw chocolate layer is almost as thick as the cheesecake itself. And let's be real — as long as the Basque isn't dry, this combo is almost impossible to mess up 😋❤️ We also tried the Tiramisu Soufflé — it was less sweet than expected, and had a slight eggy taste. The drinks were nothing special, but at $6 a cup, the price was fair. Now I'm sitting at home, soaking up the sun 🌞, scooping up leftover Basque cake while my dog enjoys his enrichment toy 🐶💛.
