A Taste of Memory β Irvine Korean Spot: Tang 190 π²
My first visit to this restaurant was five years ago on a rainy day β it was my first time trying Korean food, and I was truly impressed. Even now, their #9 Beef Bone Soup still hits the spot. Each bowl comes with three pieces of beef rib β the meat portion seems smaller than a couple years ago (maybe due to inflation π ), but the broth remains delicious, especially with their special dipping sauce.ππ Their banchan selection isnβt huge, but each one is tasty and refillable. The mashed potatoes are my favorite β I wish I could take some home!ππ This time we also tried their ginseng chicken soup β flavor was on the lighter side, not very chicken-forward, and came with sticky rice inside.
