From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and polite β you could truly feel how much they care about their work and their guests. πβ€οΈ A special shout-out to Chanelle β she was absolutely amazing! π And Teddy and Kedus went above and beyond to make us feel safe when we took a Lyft to dinner β their thoughtfulness and professionalism really stood out. ππ‘οΈ Unfortunately, during our stay, someone attempted to break my car window in the parking lot. Thankfully, they didnβt succeed β but the situation was still unsettling. π The hotel manager and the team at ACE Parking were incredibly supportive β they helped me file the incident report promptly and made sure we felt secure before driving home. 𧑠Despite the scary moment, the compassion and responsiveness of the staff made all the difference.
