A Turkish Cuisine Discovery

🍺After cycling, we wanted something light and stumbled upon Istanbul Restaurant. The place is small but tidy, with Turkish-style tapestries hanging on the walls. 🍄The kebab platter was excellent—the lamb skewers were cooked just right, and the yogurt sauce helped cut through the richness. The eggplant dip and hummus were both smooth, and the pita bread was freshly baked. 🥑Seeing that we were unsure what to order, the server directly recommended a set menu. For about $15 per person, we got to try five or six different dishes, which was great value. 🥯We noticed many locals dining here with their children. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The place had a family-friendly atmosphere—a unique experience. It’s a small and romantic spot, truly wonderful. 🍹The service was outstanding and definitely worth recommending. Though slightly overpriced, its proximity to the cruise port makes sense.
