A Two-Day Trip to Sudbury!
A Two-Day Trip to Sudbury! Taking advantage of the Thanksgiving holiday, we visited Sudbury, Canada’s Nickel Capital~ We arrived on the first day at noon, and first headed to Science North 🔬, where we watched two fantastic films! In the evening, we joined Dynamic Earth’s Halloween event 🎃—exploring the museum with various interactive experiences, touching exhibits, and even descending 22 meters into a mine shaft ⛏️ to truly appreciate the hardships of miners over a century ago. It was so meaningful! After leaving, we wandered through the Halloween light displays 🏮 sipped warm hot chocolate ☕, and roasted marshmallows in the wind 🍢—the two kids had an absolute blast 🥳! We stayed at the Hilton Suite that night, slept soundly, and after a hearty breakfast buffet 🍳 the next morning, we stopped by Lookout Hill Tower in Parry Sound (the site of the G7 Summit) 🗼. Climbing the tower to overlook the beautiful harbor was breathtaking! After coming down, we visited a small museum and learned it was once a hub and transfer station for railway and water transportation 🚂🚢 There were also seaplane activities at the dock ✈️—it’s such a stunning resort! Finally, we drove back to Toronto along country roads, enjoying the autumn scenery 🍁 all the way~ #UniqueArt#FashionCheckIn#Vacation#AutumnLeavesRedderThanSpringFlowers#PerfectSeasonForHikingAndEnjoyingRedLeaves
