Oysters 🦪 It’s pretty rare to find oysters with zero fishy taste—these were incredibly fresh! The texture was smooth and jelly-like, almost like a delicate treat. 🍋 A squeeze of lemon or a dash of their special sauce made them even more delicious! Wagyu Tartare 🥩 This was quite nice! The rich, finely chopped Wagyu beef paired with a raw egg created a luxurious combination. 🥚🍖 We spread it on a piece of crispy bread to make our own little Wagyu sandwiches—so flavorful and fun to assemble! Hotate Pan-seared scallops served with crispy bacon-wrapped mushrooms—a match made in heaven! 🍄🥓 A light dip in yuzu sauce brought out a subtle sweet and savory balance. Somehow, it felt like the perfect dish to enjoy with a bowl of rice. 🍚👌 Tokyo Chicken 🍲 Savory with a slightly sweet glaze, this dish gave off strong Japanese-style fried chicken vibes. 🍗🇯🇵 Crispy, tender, and totally satisfying!
