A Warm Bowl of Noodles on a Rainy Early Autumn Day in Washington 🍂🍜

DAIKAYA 705 6th St NW, Washington, DC 20001 It’s raining in D.C. today—even with two long sleeves on, I was still feeling chilly 😖 So I decided it was the perfect time for something warm and comforting! Headed over to DAIKAYA and ordered their tomato curry noodles. The broth was absolutely stunning—rich and flavorful but not overly salty 👌🍅 The toppings were super fresh, and as a bean sprout lover, I was totally happy with the generous portion of sprouts! We also tried the Spicy Miso noodles—chewy texture, bold savory broth with a hint of spice, and we added extra ground pork 🥢💥 The crunch from the bean sprouts and the richness of the pork really brought every bite to life! By the way—what’s your go-to noodle order on a chilly day? Have you tried adding extra toppings to level up your bowl? Share your combo below! 👇 A little heads-up: maybe skip the soy milk ice cream…it was way too sweet for my taste 🍦😅 Have you ever tried it? What did you think? #Noodles #DC #DCFood #EatWell #ComfortFood #LifeIsLikeABowlOfNoodles #WarmNoodleSoup #RamenLover #WashingtonDCEats #FoodDiary #SoulFood #NoodleSoupSeason
