Achieving Sushi and Taco Freedom in DC

Tired of café brunch? Come try this Latin American cuisine brunch that’s been included in the Michelin Guide. It’s said that there’s a 45pp Bottomless option only available during brunch, where you can order unlimited amounts of dishes from the menu. For an extra $15, you can even have 🍷 unlimited (we didn’t choose this because the selection of drinks seemed limited). It’s quite a deal if you have a big appetite, as the sushi and meat are generously portioned, and the overall quality of the dishes is pretty good, though some are a bit on the sour side. The staff mentioned that if you choose the buffet, they’ll reduce the portion size to allow guests to try more varieties. We went with three people and tried the entire menu. The 🐟 and 🐷 tacos are highly recommended – they’re really delicious, and the 🐮 ones are good too. But the 🍄 taco is too sour. The sushi is unique with fruit and a thicker sauce, worth a try. The salmon was cooked to a surprising tenderness. I usually love Mexican grilled corn, but this one had a sour taste and was served as individual kernels, which was a bit unusual. Overall, being able to try many innovative dishes at once, I would recommend it to friends who haven’t tried it, but I might not go back until the menu changes. The environment is nice, and the service is impeccable. We went on a Monday lunchtime without having to wait in line. #RestaurantRecommendation #dmvfoodexploration #WashingtonDCFood #NorthAmericanLife
