Affordable Michelin-Recommended Restaurant in Rome, Italy 🍝

The other day, I came across a post saying that if you trust the locals' recommendations for restaurants in Europe, you can't go wrong. So, here I am. Tucked away in a deep alley around the Italian Parliament, this affordable Michelin-recommended spot doesn't require a reservation or waiting in line during non-peak hours. Rigatoni di Gragnano alla Amatriciana: A rich blend of tomato and pork bacon aromas, the sauce is thick and the large pieces of bacon are unforgettable. Roman Tripe with Pecorino Cheese and Mint: The tripe has no strange taste, it's very tender and has a delicate texture. The sauce is delicious, and when paired with the tripe's texture and crispy bread, it's absolutely scrumptious. The pre-meal bread served here is also one of the best I've ever had. After finishing our meal, the bill for two courses, water, and service charge came to only 32 euros, which brought tears of joy to my eyes. #MichelinRestaurantDiscovery #ItalianCuisine #Restaurant #HiddenGemRestaurantShare #RestaurantRecommendations #WeeklyFoodCheckIn #ExoticCuisine #GlobalFoodExplorers #UnforgettableFoodExperience
