đIL Pastaio is located in a shopping center next to the King Sooper supermarket and is indeed quite inconspicuous. đWe arrived at 12:30 PM on Thursday, and there were two seats left at the counter. We had a delicious dinner hereâit seems designed for small groups (1 to 4 people), but the food was tasty, and the service was prompt. There also seemed to be many takeout orders. A great option for large groups or delicious meals. âThe ordering process is somewhat self-service: you choose your main course, salad, and sides at the counter, then take a number and pick up your food yourself. The $13 lunch set includes a main course, salad, side dish, and bread, with generous portions. â The pasta is the signature dishâthe noodles are cooked just right, and the meat sauce has a traditional flavor. đAlthough thereâs no table service, the staff will help bring the food to your table. If youâre driving, parking is very convenient, right at the entrance. đItâs ideal for a quick weekday lunch. We tried it on a whim, and it was delicious!
