Alaska Restaurant Reviews | Tried & Tested 🍴
We were on the go every day, so we didn’t get to try too many places — but here’s my honest take on the ones we did visit! 📍 Anchorage 1️⃣ Glacier Brewhouse ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fettuccine Jambalaya: Highly recommended! Rich sauce and flavorful pasta 🍝 Seafood Combo (three-tier platter): Pretty good — my friend loved the salmon dip King Crab Legs: Tasted as expected, better with lemon 🦀 💰 Around $100 per person 2️⃣ Fletcher‘s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ribeye Steak: Seasoned perfectly — one of the best steaks I’ve ever had 🥩 Mocktail: Forgot the name but refreshing 🍹 Dessert: Random pick, sweet and not too heavy 💰 Around $60 per person 📍 Fairbanks 1️⃣ Airport Chili Spot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍲 Classic chili, hearty and well-made — great for a quick warm-up before a flight 2️⃣ Yukon River Camp ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🏔️ The only restaurant near the Arctic Circle! Beef noodles for $24 were surprisingly decent (broth a bit light). Wi-Fi: $5 per hour 😅 3️⃣ Lemongrass ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍛 Standard Thai food — Drunken Noodles were a bit dry. The Green Drink was delicious, like a matcha latte 💰 Around $30 per person 💡 Alaska Dining Tips: 1️⃣ Book popular restaurants in advance 2️⃣ Bring snacks to remote areas — options are limited 3️⃣️ Local seafood and steak are usually safe (and tasty) bets #Alaska #AlaskaRestaurants #WhatToEat #RestaurantReviews #TravelFood #AnchorageEats #Fairbanks
