All-you-can-eat gems in Toulouse that are seriously delicious

The selection isn’t huge, but the quality is excellent and everything is super fresh! You can either grab items yourself from the buffet or tick off your choices on a small card ☑️ and have the chef prepare them. Since I wanted to try more varieties this time, I skipped the burgers. The buffet has different sections: seafood, desserts, BBQ, cheese, salads, etc. The oysters 🦪 are incredibly fresh. The shrimp are sweet and juicy – not thesweetness of sweet shrimp, but with a nice chew and almost no veins. 👍 The foie gras and duck meat pies are perfect too – silky smooth with no fishy aftertaste. 👍 All the desserts are delicious except for the canelés.
