🍜 Always Trust a Restaurant with a Long Line in Richmond!
Weekend morning sleep-in → followed by a comfy breakfast at Double Double Restaurant in Richmond. They open at 10:30 AM, and by 10:40 it was already packed with a waiting list! Clearly, the people know what’s good 😌 The moment I saw photos of their "Braised Triple Delight" (beef brisket, tendon, and tripe) online, I knew I had to try it. A huge bowl simmered with secret sauce and radish—the beef brisket was so tender it jiggled, rich but not greasy, and literally melted in your mouth. So. Good. 😋 My Cantonese friend also ordered the fish slice rice noodle roll and dry-fried beef hor fun—both were delicious 😭 We spent around $25 per person for three dishes and were seriously stuffed. If you’re dining solo, their beef triple delight noodles are more than enough! You can basically blind-order anything from the recommended section. A heads-up: it gets busy, so service can be a bit slow—come with patience (and CASH only!). Perfect when you’re tired of typical dim sum and want something different. 📍 Double Double Restaurant 💰 ~$20-30 per person, CASH ONLY 🅿️ Free parking in the plaza #RichmondEats #LocalFavorites #HiddenGems #FoodieReview #CashOnlyButWorthIt
