🌟 Chicken Liver Mousse a la Poire I was initially resistant to the idea of chicken liver, thinking it would be fishy, but my companion wanted to try it, so we ordered it. To my surprise, the first bite was astonishing. I had never had chicken liver before, and prepared as a mousse, it was nothing like I expected. It was particularly savory and delicious. A piece of French baguette with the chicken liver mousse and pickles was incredibly tasty and addictive. 🌟 Escargots à L’ail A single snail meat with a small bite of puff pastry, full of scallion fragrance, but it felt a bit oily. I saw a recommendation from a few years ago for a larger portion, but the updated version didn't live up to my expectations. 🌟 Long Island Duck Breast The portion is indeed small, with only two small pieces for $41, but it's so delicious that it's hard to resist. The duck meat is tender and flavorful, and the mushrooms served underneath are incredibly seasoned, crunchy yet soft and tender.
