Anchorage is Seriously Delicious
After a long 24-hour flight, we finally arrived in Alaska✈️❄️. Today was Day 1👾, spent leisurely wandering around downtown Anchorage. Everywhere you look, there are stunning snow-capped mountains — especially when you step out of a supermarket and see them right in front of you. The view is absolutely breathtaking🏔️✨. We followed everyone’s recommendations and tried Inferno Seafood Boil! I have to say — didn’t lie, it was SO GOOD!! 🦀 The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the sauce was reminiscent of a spicy, savory Chinese "mala ban" — rich and flavorful without being too heavy. The king crab legs were plump and sweet, with a satisfying bite — definitely worth trying! 😋 We also sampled the Workz sauce recommended by the staff — garlic butter with a hint of spice, the perfect pairing for seafood! 🌽 Even the sweet corn soaked up the delicious broth, bursting with flavor in every bite~ After the feast, we took a stroll through the city to walk it off. The evening sky turned shades of pink and purple, outlining the mountains like a fairy tale🌆❄️. Even though it’s only the first day, Alaska has completely won me over with its beauty and delicious food❤️🔥. 📌 Travel Tips: ✅ Make a reservation for Inferno Seafood Boil — waits can be long during peak season ✅ Sauces come in different spice levels — medium or above is recommended for more flavor ✅ The area outside downtown supermarkets is a hidden gem for mountain photos — don’t forget to snap a shot! #AlaskaTravel #AnchorageFood #MountainViews #SeafoodLover #TravelDiary #FoodExploration #Day1InAlaska
