Ann Arbor Mini Guide | Must-Visit Spots & Eateries ๐๐ซ
Visited my cousin during spring break โ and wow, Ann Arbor is such a serene and beautiful town! The campus is huge, with a stunning mix of modern and historic architecture. I could easily wander around all day ๐ณ๐๏ธ. The downtown may be small, but itโs packed with charm! ๐ Ann Arbor Downtown A cozy area you can explore in 2โ3 hours. Lined with unique bookstores, thrift shops ๐งฅ๐, and cute souvenir spots โ perfect for a relaxed stroll! ๐ University of Michigan Just like in the pictures โ but even prettier in person! The Law Library made me whisper โwowโ 7,749 times in my head ๐ฒโจ. ๐ Comet Coffee Tucked in a semi-outdoor alley, this tiny spot is always busy โ for good reason! They use the same beans as my favorite San Francisco cafรฉ โ๏ธ๐ โ no wonder itโs so delicious! ๐ Hopcat A fun American-Mexican fusion joint ๐ฎ๐! Everything was tasty and affordable. Must-orders: the loaded nachos and the pretzel bun burger with a runny egg and hash brown โ SO GOOD! ๐ Blank Slate Creamery Yummy ice cream with tons of flavors ๐ฆ! The sโmores was a bit sweet for me, but the raspberry sorbet? Perfection! ๐ Chapala Mexican Restaurant Huge portions of classic Mexican fare โ even the drinks are supersized! ๐น๐ฏ Great value and full of flavor. ๐ BonBonBon Chocolate An adorable pink-themed chocolate shop ๐ซ๐ Their signature chocolate cubes come in 30+ unique flavors, each wrapped like a mini tile (reminded me of mahjong ๐). A bit pricey at $3.99 each, but so cute! ๐ Bitty & Beauโs Cafe A heartwarming cafรฉ that employs people with Down syndrome ๐๐งก Their strawberry banana smoothie is amazing, and they sell cute, affordable merch โ I snagged a water bottle! ๐ฅค ๐ M Den The official merch store for all things University of Michigan ๐๐๐ Perfect for a day trip or a relaxed weekend โ Ann Arbor stole my heart!
