💗Arabesque: That night, we arrived just before closing time. ✅Hearing that we had come all the way for her food, the owner tied her apron back on and relit the stove: "It's worth staying open a little longer to let more people taste the flavors of my homeland." 💗Within ten minutes, three plates of shawarma were served, fragrant and steaming—the chicken was marinated to perfection, the rotating meat on the spit roasted to a crisp exterior while locking in juicy tenderness, the hummus smooth and rich with the nutty depth of tahini, 🌿and the crisp pickled radishes and purple cabbage as the perfect finishing touches. 🍄 The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and friendly, and the location quiet and comfortable. Every dish on the menu is homemade, better than anything you could find anywhere else. ✨We returned today and were delighted to find it even better than we remembered. The food is consistently delicious. 🌺As others have said, the chicken shawarma is outstanding.
