Tucked away in a small plaza in Arcadia, Opus Sushi may look unassuming from the outside, but step inside and you’ll find a cozy, tranquil oasis—perfect for winding down after work with a drink and a fantastic meal. 🏮🍶 The owner is incredibly warm and attentive, carefully explaining each dish and even customizing the menu based on our preferences. The offerings change daily depending on the fresh ingredients available, all imported directly from Japan. 🇯🇵✈️ 🌟 Their cocktails are amazing—every one we tried was delicious! During Happy Hour, it’s buy two get one free—we had such a fun time! 🍸🥳 🌟 Grilled Wagyu Beef Tongue – Slightly crispy on the outside, incredibly tender inside. Each bite was pure satisfaction—an absolute must-order for me. 🥩🔥 🌟 Sashimi & Sushi Platter – So luxurious and beautifully presented, it almost felt too pretty to eat! The standout was the uni—silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture with zero fishiness, just pure umami bliss. 🌊💛 🌟 Red Shrimp Sashimi – The shrimp was so fresh the head was still moving when served! 🦐 The body was dotted with delicate roe, bright and sweet. Even better—the chef fried the head until crispy and brought it back out.
