Next time, I’ll definitely: 1️⃣ Book tickets early – Whether driving or taking the shuttle, secure your spot online ASAP! 🎟️ If sold out, don’t panic—standby tickets are usually available (they add extra shuttles during peak season). 2️⃣ Go in the morning – Calmer lake = better reflections for photos! 📸 Afternoon light (like my 4 PM pic) can be tricky with glare and ripples. 3️⃣ Stick to the classic trails – Scenic Loop + Crater Lake Trail (3.5 hrs total).
