Aspen Food 🍽️ | French Alpine Bistro

Went skiing in Aspen with friends, and the most memorable spot was definitely French Alpine Bistro - Crêperie du Village! 📍 Address: 400 E Hopkins Ave, Aspen, CO 81611 💡 Tips: Make sure to book in advance! This place is super popular – I couldn’t get a table last time! ⭐ Service: 5/5 ⭐ Food Quality: 5/5 (Check 2 for dish names!) ⭐ Ambiance: 5/5 Starters 🥘 Terrine de Foie Gras: Rich and flavorful, not greasy at all. Steak Tartare: Surprisingly fresh and delicious! Served with crispy bread and Thousand Island dressing. Escargots: Tender and well-cooked, paired with soft yet crispy bread. Salad 🥗 Salade de Magret de Canard: Refreshing and light. Mains 🥩 Bœuf Bourguignon: Short rib – my friend ordered it and it looked amazing! Sea Bass: Crispy on the outside, tender inside – highly recommend! Kobe Beef Burger: Huge portion with fries – pretty good! Croque Monsieur: A must for cheese lovers! The bread is super soft, and it tastes even better with ketchup from the fries 🍟❤️. Desserts 🍰 Pretty good but not mind-blowing – still tasty though! Eispalatschinke: Pistachio ice cream crepe. Midnight in Paris: Vanilla ice cream delight. Cocktail 🍹 Pink Panther: Their signature drink – so refreshing and highly recommended! #AspenFood #Aspen #FoodReview #Travel
