Every dish was a delightful surprise for fine dining, except for the desserts. 🤩 The menu is set by the four seasons; the name “Soil” probably comes from the overall style that’s close to nature—simply beautiful. May features the spring menu, with a focus on refreshing seafood, as well as beef and goat. This time, we didn’t pair with the recommended wine list. Last time in Majorca, I was tipsy for the afternoon after five recommended glasses of 🥂. The servers are adorable; the shrimp dish is an interactive experience where you search for shrimp in the seaweed 🍤. Sitting outside has great ambiance, but don’t forget to ask the server for mosquito repellent.
