The counter was beautifully set with fresh flowers, wine glasses, and warm hand towels. 🌸🍶 A Japanese head chef and a friendly server greeted us warmly. We brought our own bottle of wine (no corkage fee!) 🍾, and the menu was even personalized with my friend’s name—such a thoughtful touch! The omakase consisted of 18 courses for $170, offering both exquisite flavors and artistic presentation. This was my second omakase experience, and it truly stood out. Apart from one crab cake that felt a bit rich for my taste, every dish impressed me. 🦀🍘 The sushi was crafted with ultra-fresh ingredients, and the rice was a special short-grain Japanese brown rice, giving each bite a delicate texture. The chef didn’t hold back on portions either—we even enjoyed hand rolls filled with a whole box of freshly opened uni! 🌊💛 Dessert was a highlight: Japanese melon flown in directly, priced at $120 per fruit. 🍈✨ We each savored a slice—juicy, fragrant, and perfectly sweet.
