There are six soup bases to choose from—I went for the new Chengdu Mala broth, while my friend picked the tangy tomato. 🌶️🍅 The aroma while cooking was incredible—spicy and tingly Sichuan-style, not just pure heat. At $26.95 per person (same price for lunch and dinner!), I started with my usual favorites: thinly sliced beef and lamb, veggies, and taro. My friend told me items that used to cost extra—like shrimp paste, seafood, and even pork brain—are now all included! 🍤🐷 So we happily added squid, tripe, and pork throat to our feast.
