ATL|Korean Handmade Tofu Soup 🥣✨

Just had my second visit to Dubu Gongbang, and it’s quickly becoming a favorite! The space is spacious and welcoming—love the romantic tree centerpiece 🌳 that adds a touch of nature to the dining vibe. Their specialty is handmade tofu—firm and rustic, just like the traditional Chinese-style old tofu, not the soft silken type commonly found in Korean restaurants. Each of our dishes was hearty and satisfying 🍲: we tried the tofu soup (spicy and loaded with tiny clams 🐚), a crispy pancake, and a perfectly fried fish 🐟. Pro tip: Skip the sesame oil dip for the fish—it’s flavorful enough on its own! We each got steamed rice with our meal, but upgraded to stone pot rice (+$2.99) for that lovely toasted aroma and crispy bottom—so worth it! 💚 The banchan (side dishes) were decent—the kimchi was okay, but the creamy, slightly sweet potato salad stood out! We asked for a refill 🥔💫. Total for four? Just over $70. Full and happy! 😊 🏠 Dubu Gongbang 📍 2180 Pleasant Hill Rd Unit D, Duluth, GA 30096 #DubuGongbang #KoreanTofu #ComfortFood #ATLFoodie #HandmadeTofu #CozyMeal
