ATL|What Korean Spot is Worth a 1-Hour Wait?! 🕐🔥

I’ve passed by this place so many times and never thought to try it — always assumed it was just BBQ. But recently a friend told me they serve soups, stews, and more, so my curiosity finally won. Went with a friend on Friday at noon — and wow, the line was already out the door! Even with two floors, the place was packed, especially with Korean elders (always a good sign 👵👴). I thought: either this place is super authentic, or crazy affordable — maybe both! Waited 25 minutes for a table, then another 20 minutes after ordering. But the lunch special prices explained the hype! I got spicy stir-fried squid for $14.99 — the same dish at other spots in Doraville/Duluth runs around $28.99! My friend ordered beef bone soup ($15.99), which was rich, clean, and comforting. The banchan (side dishes) were fresh and tasty, and both mains were flavorful and perfect with rice. We even got a soondubu jjigae (tofu stew) to-go for another friend — she loved it too! 🍚❤️ Will definitely be back to try more dishes — but maybe not on a Friday at peak lunch hour unless I’m ready to wait! 😅 📍 Yi Si Cuisine 1960 Day Dr, Ste 100, Duluth, GA 30096 #AtlantaEats #KoreanFood #LunchSpecials #AffordableEats #DuluthEats #SoupAndStew #WaitWorthIt #ATLFoodScene #HiddenGem #ComfortFood #RealDeal
