Overall, while the food was good but not mind-blowing, the dining experience itself was truly unique and memorable. 🎩✨ Here’s how it works: Chefs walk around the dining room with freshly prepared dishes, present them at your table, and you decide on the spot whether to take a portion. It’s like a culinary parade with a tapas-style approach—each dish is small, meant for sharing, perfect for trying a wide variety in one sitting. 🍴🔄 As first-timers, we said “yes” to almost everything! If we loved something, we’d order two portions for the table; if not, we’d share just one. The highlights for us included: 🍦 Sea Urchin Ice Cream – surprising, creamy, and savory-sweet 🐟 Fried Eel – crispy, flavorful, and beautifully presented 🐖 Heritage Pork Dish – tender and well-seasoned We also loved the craft cocktails prepared tableside—adding to the interactive, visual appeal of the meal. 🍹👨🍳 Dessert was a standout, too—the first two sweet dishes we tried were delicate, creative, and a delightful way to end. Price-wise, trying most dishes came to around $100 per person. If you’re more selective, you could aim for $60–80, but whether you’ll leave fully satisfied depends on your appetite. Our group of five left feeling a bit “light,” though certainly intrigued by the experience.
