Finally made it to Seaside Oyster Bar in Suwanee β and wow, the oysters are as fresh as they come! ποΈπ The elegant setting, both indoors and out, sets the perfect mood for a seafood feast. We started with 12 Charbroiled Oysters β baked with cheese, rich and savory, a safe yet delicious choice. Then we ventured into raw oysters (CHEBOOKTOOK from New Brunswick, Canada) β plump, briny, and incredibly fresh with horseradish and hot sauce. Absolute perfection, though pricey at ~$4 each. π¦ͺπΈ We also enjoyed the huge fresh salad, crispy fried crab (a tad salty), and Blackened Redfish Tacos β all solid and flavorful. πΉ Son of a Beach Punch was fruity and fun (but watch the kick!). With weekend brunch (10amβ3pm) and plans to try their seafood tower and mussels next time, Seaside is a definite re-visit.
