But what I got left me asking… “Who are you?!” 😅 The soup base was decent — savory and warming. But the noodles were utterly forgettable — lacking the chew, freshness, and character that define real Lanzhou lamian. We also ordered the Fu Qi Fei Pian (Couple’s Beef Offal Salad), which was sadly underwhelming. No tripe, no peanuts, no spark — just a bland, soulless plate. 🥢😔 While the space is clean and service was fine, the food missed the mark entirely for anyone seeking authenticity.
