ATL Hidden Gem for Pork Trotters Noodles 🍜 So Good It's Emotional 🥹
🍴 Pho Dai Loi #2 📍 4186 Buford Hwy NE, Atlanta, GA 30345 I recently got to grab a meal with food blogger again—and yes, eating with a food blogger always means discovering something delicious! 😄👩🍳 This spot is tucked a bit further down Buford Highway, not too far from my workplace, and somehow I’d worked nearby for a whole year without trying it. I hadn’t even seen it recommended online, so I’m here to share the love! We ordered #25 – Bún Bò Huế, a spicy Vietnamese beef and pork noodle soup. The pork trotters were incredibly tender and flavorful, and the broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. The pork blood cubes weren’t quite as tasty as duck blood (in my opinion), but that didn’t take away from how wholesome and delicious the bowl was overall. 🐷🍲❤️ We also tried #23 – Phở Bò Kho, which is like a comforting, stew-like beef noodle soup—almost reminiscent of braised beef noodle soup. Just looking at it made our mouths water, and it tasted even better than it looked! 🥩🌿 For dessert, we had #1 – Chè Đặc Biệt, a mixed bean and jelly sweet soup. It was decent but leaned a bit heavy on the beans, making it feel somewhat rich after such flavorful mains. 🍧😅 The restaurant itself is humble and unassuming—exactly the kind of place where you find authentic, soul-warming food without the frills. The service was quick and friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and local. If you’re near Buford Highway and craving hearty, genuine Vietnamese flavors, don’t overlook this low-key eatery. It’s a true hidden treasure in Atlanta’s vibrant food scene! 🥢✨ #Atlanta #AtlantaFood #AtlantaLife #AtlantaEats #VietnameseFood #Pho #PorkTrotters #BufordHighway #HiddenGem #ComfortFood #NoodleLover #FoodieDiscovery #LocalEats #MustTry
