Atl Omakase - Omakase Table

What an unforgettable dining journey! 🍣✨ This 20-course omakase with 5 sake pairings truly impressed from start to finish. The meal began with a stunning opener: crispy fried monkfish liver – rich, delicate, and perfectly textured. Then came treasures like a uni tasting and a king crab corn soup, each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. πŸ¦€πŸŒ½ Among the nigiri highlights were the fatty tuna and cherry blossom trout – buttery, fresh, and expertly seasoned. The sake pairing journey was equally thoughtful, with the Junmai Taru standing out as my favorite, especially alongside the uni. Its smooth, woody notes elevated every bite. 🍢❀️ The tuna handroll was another star – simple yet profoundly satisfying. By the 15th course, though, I was honestly getting full… so full that I couldn’t finish the last few pieces (except dessert, of course! 🍈). Still, every piece reflected skill and premium ingredients, including an additional sea perch we added mid-meal. Interestingly, the chef shared that this was his last night in West Midtown – the restaurant is moving to Buckhead soon! πŸ‘¨πŸ³πŸ“ With tax and tip, the total came to around $500 per person (20 courses: $255 / Sake pairing: $135). While certainly a splurge, the quality, craftsmanship, and overall experience make it absolutely worth it. If you appreciate meticulous omakase and thoughtful pairings, don’t miss Omakase Table – especially in its new Buckhead location! 🌟🀍 #Atlanta #Omakase #Sushi #FineDining #SakePairing #FoodExperience #BucketListMeal
