They offer up to 12 different types of oysters on the menu, which change with the seasons — so every visit brings a new tasting adventure. 🦪 Row Oysters We ordered all 12 varieties — each one unique! From light and sweet to rich and briny, every oyster was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. 🥗 Watermelon Salad A curious but amazing combo! Sweet, salty, and refreshing with a hint of mystery — the perfect summer dish. 🦀 Crab Soup So rich and creamy — it’s like drinking pure crab essence! Served with crispy yet fluffy shrimp toast — a match made in heaven. 🐙 Grilled Octopus Unbelievably tender! Tossed in a zesty Vietnamese-style sauce — tangy, spicy, and totally addictive. ⚠️ Fried Oysters The only letdown — the batter was thick and overly greasy.
