Stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant tucked inside a newer apartment complex—and what a pleasant surprise! Big portions, fresh flavors, and a cozy low-key vibe. The owner is from Hong Kong and shared they’ve been here for six months—somehow I’d passed by weekly and never noticed! 😅 Their specialty is steamed dumplings but since we ordered pan-fried buns, we skipped them this time. Instead, we tried the shrimp noodle soup—and it was a winner! Plump, fresh shrimp, a fragrant broth, and springy noodles. A few spoonfuls of their house chili oil made it even better. They also offer stir-fried dishes—simple, homestyle, and satisfying. One funny note: the owner’s food photos don’t do the dishes justice—the real thing looks (and tastes) much more appetizing!
