Atlanta|Mega Mart’s Amazing Soy Crab — WITH ROE! 🦀✨
I’ve been on a hunt for good ganjang gejang (soy-marinated crab) in Atlanta. A home-based chef I used to order from made the best — flavorful, not too salty — but she’s MIA lately, and her crabs never had roe anyway. 🥲 Most Korean restaurants serve it too salty or fishy, and no roe in sight — but the roe is the soul of the dish, especially mixed with warm rice! I even tried ordering online from Korea: two crabs for over $80 (used to be $60). They were big and roe-filled, but still a bit fishy. Then, while grocery shopping at Mega Mart, I spotted frozen soy crab in the seafood section — and you could see the roe inside! 🧡 A box is $13.99 (about ¾ of a crab), and the flavor is sweet, savory, and not fishy at all. Perfect for satisfying my crab cravings without breaking the bank. Next time, I’m stocking up on 3–4 boxes! Atlanta friends who love soy crab — I’m not keeping this find to myself. Run, don’t walk! 🏃♀️💨 📍 Mega Mart 2106 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096 📦 Frozen section, near the fish counter Follow this food-obsessed girl for more tasty finds — I always share the good stuff! 🥢💛 #AtlantaEats #SoyCrab #GanjangGejang #KoreanFood #FrozenFind #CrabRoe #SeafoodLover #BudgetFriendly #ATLFoodFinds #MustTry #AsianGroceries
