Atlanta|New French Brunch Spot in Roswell ☕✨
Just visited Douceur De France, a lovely little French-inspired brunch cafe in Roswell! 🥐💕 Parking is available behind the building, and there are a few outdoor tables. Inside, it’s cozy but not cramped, with charming rustic decor and a sweet reading nook lined with French books—such a thoughtful touch! 📚 Seating is self-service, and with limited staff, expect a relaxed pace. The front counter displays an array of classic French pastries, beautifully decorated cakes, and kid-friendly snacks—these are ordered separately at the counter. The dessert selection alone makes me want to return! 🍰🎂 Coffee options are simple and not specialty-grade, but decent for a casual brunch. What we tried: 🥪 Panini Salmon ($11.5) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our table’s favorite! Crispy bread, perfectly cooked tender salmon, and a soft-yolked fried egg—all well-balanced. The potato cake was also on point. 🥪 Tuna Melt ($9.9) ⭐⭐⭐ Flavorful overall, though the tuna was a bit dry. Fresh side salad saved the day! 🍲 Beef Bourguignon ($10.45) ⭐⭐⭐ Hearty beef and mushroom stew—great for dipping bread, but the broth itself leaned salty. Everything else was pleasant—the whipped cream was light and not overly sweet, and the fresh fruit garnish was a nice detail! 🍓 We were too full for cake this time… next visit! 😉 Hours: Mon–Thu 7am–5pm, Fri–Sat 7am–6pm, Closed Sunday 📍 Roswell: 1173 Alpharetta St, Roswell, GA 30075 📍 Marietta: 277 S Marietta Pkwy SW, Marietta, GA 30064 (next on my list!) #AtlantaBrunch #FrenchCafe #RoswellEats #FoodieFind #BrunchVibes #CafeHopping #AtlantaFoodGuide 🥖🍳
