A newer omakase spot, sister restaurant to Omakase Table—which I enjoyed before—and this one brought even more delight! The menu is creatively designed, and the interior aesthetic is absolutely stunning. 🍝 Hairy Crab Pasta One bite transported me straight back to Shanghai-style crab roe noodles—so rich and nostalgic! 🍣 Nigiri Selection Focused on just three distinct cuts of tuna, emphasizing quality over quantity. The meal leans more toward creative small plates than multiple rounds of nigiri. 🍶 Sake Pairing Not listed on the menu, but available upon request. Also, don’t miss their Echigo beer—crisp, smooth, and highly recommended! Overall, Ryokou offers thoughtful ingredients, beautiful presentation, and inventive flavors.
