Arrived right at 5pm opening—staff outnumbered guests at first (almost too attentive!), but our server was wonderful and grilled everything for us throughout the meal. 🍖 Gold Package Highlights Limited items (one order each): A5 Wagyu Ribeye & A5 Snow Beef Thick-Cut — incredibly marbled, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth. Wagyu Foie Gras Sushi & Wagyu Uni Caviar Sushi — luxurious and delicious. 🔥 Unlimited Meats The Wagyu Chuck Flap stood out—tender and flavorful. Beef Tongue Platter included both thin slices and cubes—thin cuts easily overcooked, but our server adjusted as we gave feedback. 🍶 Sauces Loved the ponzu and fresh lemon juice (not on the table—ask for it!). Bright and perfect for cutting through the richness. 🍲 Soup Base Surprise Both Tom Yum and Golden Broth were flavorful and warming—though meats cooked in the soup turned out tougher compared to grilled. 🥟 Snacks & Sides Wagyu dumplings and buns were available, but we skipped them to save room. Self-serve station included carbs and basic drinks (tea, soda, coffee)—not bottled like some hot pot spots. 🍹 Mocktails & Future Bar Alcohol license is pending, so we tried mocktails.
