Atlanta's Best Chirashi Bowl | Circle Sushi 🍣
After trying numerous sushi spots, Circle Sushi stands out as one of those rare gems that wins you over from the very first bite. This isn't a trendy, flash-in-the-pan restaurant—it's a 26-year-old establishment that has built its stellar reputation on genuinely outstanding quality and authenticity. 🎌✨ 📍 Circle Sushi 8725 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA 30350 🏮 The restaurant itself is modest in size with simple decor, but don't let that fool you. Since opening in 1998, they have consistently used only the freshest ingredients. Right at the beginning of the menu, they highlight that most of their sashimi is flown in directly from Tokyo's Toyosu Market! ✅ Everything from their handcrafted sauces and sushi rice to their green tea and seaweed is carefully selected and prepared with attention to detail. Today’s meal was absolutely memorable, and my top recommendation is: ✅ Chirashi Bowl (Small: $28 / Large: $38) The small portion is more than enough for one person. The fish is incredibly fresh—you get about 7-8 slices of assorted sashimi 🐟, plus a serving of beef tartare, and even a hidden piece of grilled eel at the bottom of the bowl! The rice is exceptionally flavorful, though I’m not sure which brand they use—it truly complements the fish perfectly. 😋 Other dishes we tried: 🍤 Tempura – It was okay, but not as light and crispy as I’d hoped. 🐟 Grilled Fish Collar – Tasty, though a bit on the salty side today. 🦀 Soft Shell Crab – Not my favorite; I’d suggest skipping it. The real star here is undoubtedly their sashimi. Whether you order the chirashi or any of their other raw fish dishes, you really can’t go wrong. This is some of the freshest, highest-quality sashimi I’ve had in Atlanta! 🎯 I’m already planning my next visit to try their Omakase Sashimi—if the chirashi bowl is any indication, it’s sure to be exceptional. #AtlantaEats #JapaneseFood #CircleSushi #SashimiLove #FreshFish #AtlantaFoodGuide #EatLocal #SushiLovers
