For a special celebration, I explored highly-rated spots in Midtown and ended up choosing Aziza โ a Middle Eastern restaurant that truly impressed! ๐บโจ ๐ Pricing They offer a two-person tasting menu ($85 per person), but we found ร la carte more budget-friendly for what we wanted. ๐งก What We Ordered Appetizers: Kubaneh (Yemeni bread) & Octopus ๐ Mains: Short Rib Tajine & Grilled Lamb Shoulder ๐ฅ Dessert: Raspberry Rose ๐ง โค๏ธ Dining Experience Highlights were the Octopus and Short Rib Tajine โ both tender, flavorful, and cooked sous-vide for melt-in-your-mouth perfection! The dessert was refreshing and beautifully presented, a nice break from overly sweet American treats. We missed their seasonal lamb shank, but what we had was more than satisfying. Total was around $150 after tax and tip (~$80 per person).
