Atlanta | Must-Try “New American” Spot 🍽️

Last week, some friends and I finally visited the highly-anticipated Gunshow to use our Amex Platinum Resy credit 💳. In short—the food was decent, but the experience was truly unique. The biggest highlight was actually the dessert—absolutely delightful! 🍰 Here’s how it works: chefs circulate through the dining room with different dishes, presenting each one at your table. You decide on the spot whether to keep it or pass. The portions are tapas-style—small, meant for sharing—so my group of five tried almost everything. We kept nearly every dish since it was our first visit. Standouts included the uni ice cream, fried eel, and a flavorful pork dish. 🍦🐟🥓 They also craft some drinks tableside—very visual and engaging! The meal came to around $100 per person. If you’re selective, you could do $60–80, but you might leave still feeling a bit hungry. We left satisfied but not full. Overall, Gunshow is worth a visit for the fun, interactive format—you might just love the flavors! ✨ #AmexPlatinum #AtlantaEats #GunshowATL #NewAmerican #FoodieExperience #InteractiveDining #ATL #RestaurantReview #TrySomethingNew
