Atlanta | Tofu Workshop โ Oh My God! ๐ฎโจ
Stopped by an old favorite that somehow keeps surprising me every time! Tofu Workshop in Atlanta is that rare gem that hits different with each visit. ๐ The unagi rice bowl had me nodding in approval with every single bite. So silky, so delicate, perfectly sweetened, and torched with a blowtorch right before serving. Absolute perfection! ๐๐ฅ The stone pot bibimbap โ CAN WE TALK ABOUT THAT CRISPY RICE CRUST?! The nutty, toasty socarrat situation at the bottom? Pure gold. ๐คค๐ Soft tofu soup โ My forever love. Comes with a raw egg to crack in, spicy enough to clear your sinuses, and pairs dangerously well with rice. The definition of comfort. ๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ถ๏ธ Seafood pancake โ Highly recommend! Crispy outside, tender inside, PACKED with green onion flavor. Perfect sharing dish. ๐ฆ๐ง The damage: ~$70โ80 for two people, plus plenty of leftovers to take home. Not bad for this quality! ๐ฐ The vibe: Spotless, refined, genuinely pleasant. Even the banchan (side dishes) are excellent. That spinach tofu salad? Only ever had that at Korean friends' homes beforeโtastes SO authentically Korean. ๐ฐ๐ทโค๏ธ If this place weren't surrounded by so many great Chinese spots, I'd be here all the time. Already planning my next visit... ๐ฅข #AtlantaFood #KoreanFood #WinterEats #TofuWorkshop #KoreatownATL #ComfortFood #FoodieFind
