Atlanta - Middle Eastern Cuisine: Delbar
š«A must-try Middle Eastern spot in Atlanta! No empty promises hereāthey really do serve a massive flatbread! Persian and Mediterranean with a fusion twist. š«Learning from my last experience, I didnāt order too much because the portions are truly generous. I tried the lamb hummus. To be honest, it wasnāt as good as the shishito and mushroom hummus. āļøI highly recommend the shishito pepper and mushroom dish. The falafel plate comes with crispy herb-fried falafel and kale salad (with tomatoes, citrus vinaigrette, and pickled beets). āļøThe Kofta Tabrizi is my all-time favorite appetizer: Greek yogurt with lamb meatballs. The meatballs are mixed with green walnuts and pomegranate seeds. The yogurt is thick and creamy, the sauce is slightly sweet, and the unexpected crunch of the walnuts and the sudden burst of sweetness from the pomegranate seeds make for a truly unique experience. The drinks menu is fantasticāeverything is worth trying. My favorite is the Delbar Spritz. Itās similar to an Aperol Spritz but lighter, with vodka. #FoodieDiary #LovingCaucasianCuisine #FoodConnoisseur #ReverseDieting #MealJournal #Atlanta
