Atlanta 📍 The Flavor of Childhood Street Food (Daxi)
For those who have experienced Daxi, you know what I’m talking about. The taste is easy to find but hard to forget. Atlanta Kabobs House ⭐️ Pig’s Trotter and Pointed Pepper with Bean Skin (Figures 1 and 2) Must-order dishes!!! They taste exactly like the Daxi I remember from my childhood😂. It feels like I haven’t had this in years, and the moment I took the first bite, the familiar flavor came rushing back. I personally think these dishes are even better than what I’ve had in LA restaurants. If you go, you have to try them. ⭐️ Mutton Offal Hot Pot (Figure 3) The portion is huge and packed with ingredients, definitely worth the price. The taste is quite light, and you can season it with pepper and salt to your liking. It’s the natural fragrance of the mutton broth. The portion was so large we couldn’t finish it, so we took it home and enjoyed it the next day with Wumu thin noodles and Jiangxi rice noodles. Super satisfying! ⭐️ Grilled Skewers The large skewers are really good, though not as stunning as the first two stir-fried dishes haha. Also, the operating hours on Google Maps are incorrect ❌. They seem to be closed only on Tuesdays. You can call ahead to confirm. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the portions here are huge, and the prices are very reasonable. 📍 Kabobs House 3780 Old Norcross Rd, Suite 305, Duluth, GA 30096 #AtlantaFood #Barbecue #AtlantaStirFries #AtlantaBBQ
