🍴 The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View 📍 210 Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303 Wanted a nice, upscale-but-cozy spot—this one wasn’t hard to book. The night view is gorgeous (though it doesn’t rotate anymore). Tried their Christmas menu at $150 per person; with drinks and tip, about $200 each. The Duck A L'orange cooked medium was incredible—so tender yet pleasantly chewy, totally different from most Chinese-style roast duck in Atlanta. Definitely worth trying! The rest was decent but not outstanding. My boss always says I look like Mickey Mouse 🐭… and today I kinda saw it too 😂. So from one working-class Mickey to all of you—Merry Christmas! 🎄✨ The restaurant offers an elegant, intimate setting with panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline. The duck was the clear star—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served with a balanced orange glaze. While the price is steep, the combination of atmosphere, service, and that standout dish made it a memorable occasion.
