The bowl came filled with finely shaved milk-based ice, topped with a creamy scoop of ice cream, a sprinkle of roasted grain powder, incredibly smooth red bean paste, and chewy mochi pieces. Every spoonful was layered with flavor—nutty, milky, subtly sweet, and wonderfully refreshing. What we loved most? It’s not overly sweet, making it a perfect match for those who prefer balanced desserts. 🥄💛 Near the register, they also display rows of pretty boxed treats—small cakes filled with sweet red bean and walnut paste. We gave them a try and found them pleasant and traditional, though not particularly memorable. They’re like a gentle, nostalgic snack—good with tea, but not the main reason to visit. Friends have raved about the Strawberry Bingsu here, and during our visit, we noticed the Matcha Bingsu was also a popular pick.
